Sentryline – M® Rope Barrier System and UNIVERSAL TAU-M™ Crash Cushion

 

We are very pleased to introduce two brand new and exciting MASH approved products to our barrier product range. The Sentryline – M® Wire Rope Barrier System, developed and tested right here in New Zealand, and the UNIVERSAL TAU-M™ Crash Cushion from our global partner, Lindsay Barrier Systems.

Sentryline - M® Wire Rope Barrier System

 

Designed and tested in New Zealand to MASH (2016) TL-3 and TL-4 by Holmes Solutions and supported by a Fletcher Building Innovation grant, our new Sentryline – M® Wire Rope Barrier System is a high-tension cable barrier and terminal end that has many advantages over other cable barrier systems currently available.

Features:
  • Tested to MASH (2016) TL-3 and TL-4 by Holmes Solutions
  • Approved by the Austroads Safety Barrier Assessment Panel (ASBAP)
  • Accepted by Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency) for use on the New Zealand state highway roading network

  • Can be installed in median or road side applications
  • Easily installed with minimal maintenance required

TAU-M Crash Cushion

UNIVERSAL TAU-M™ Crash Cushion

 

The UNIVERSAL TAU-M™ is non-gating, partially reusable crash cushion designed to meet MASH TL-2 and TL-3 testing requirements. It has a compact design, is available for concrete and asphalt applications and is also available as an upgrade kit to retrofit the existing NCHRP 350 TAU-II installations into MASH qualifying systems.
 
Easy to install with fast on-site repairs the TAU-M™ system has numerous transition options making it an ideal crash cushion to shield most roadside and median hazards.

  • Minimum number of anchors needed to secure the system
  • Reduced length vs. NCHRP 350 TL-3 system
  • Upgraded slider panels for increased durability
  • Can be installed over bridge expansion joints
  • Numerous non-proprietary transition options
