Update from Neil ... December

This has been a big year for the CSP team and all our customers. The Christmas break will be welcomed by all of us so we can recharge batteries and get ready to start 2020 at full speed.

2019

From a personal standpoint it is hard to believe how fast the time has flown by since moving across to CSP in April this year. We have made some big changes internally and will continue to invest in our plant and systems over the next few years to bring us up to speed. It is great to see Fletcher Building showing its continued support for the business, by allowing us access to funds to ensure our team continue to be safe and to invest in new systems to improve our service to all customers and engineers.

We will continue to talk to our customers several times a year around how we are performing. Our last survey gave us a few key areas to work on and we have plans in place to improve where you are telling us we need to.

2020

Next year will be another period full of change with new products on the horizon in several of the industries we operate in. Along with the ongoing transition to MASH products for both our permanent and hire barriers, we have some exciting new products from key global partners.

Health & Safety

Safety has been a big focus for us on our site at Onehunga and any of you who visit us will notice our processes and procedures have been tightened up recently. Please do not be offended if any of your staff are refused access to the site if they are not conforming to minimum PPE requirements as published at the entrance.

Merry Christmas
