Infrastructure spending
While we are all relieved this year's New Zealand election is over and we know which party is leading the direction of infrastructure investment over the next three years, I am sure our customers, like us, would be keen to see an earlier release of local work to keep our teams busy. That said, media statements on the release of funding for medium-term roading projects are encouraging and CSP® looks forward to working with key design engineers, head contractors and installers on these over the next few years.
Connectivity for all of New Zealand
Outside of the roading sphere, our teams continue to be busy with the manufacture and supply of telecommunication masts for the Rural Connectivity Group. It continues to be an honour to play a key role in this project which is significantly improving connectivity for many hundreds of communities around New Zealand. Read More >
Our growing product offer
Expanding our product offer has been a key part of our future plan. This month we are proud to announce our exclusive distribution of the Connected Kerb electric vehicle system out of the UK. This is an exciting technology to be involved with and offers some unique advantages over the multitude of fast charging stations that have sprung up around New Zealand. Sustainability is a key factor for the Connected Kerb team and we welcome that approach in the system design to complement the efforts of the car industry in the future roll-out of electric cars for New Zealand. We continue to receive extremely positive feedback about the new MASH Sentryline – M® Wire Rope Barrier and the new MASH Sentry Barrier™, Sentry Median Barrier and Sentry Barrier™ TL-4 Thrie-Beam Systems. Contractors are saying that the systems are very easy to install and extremely cost-effective. We look forward to showing you new installations in future issues of Road Rave.
